– 125g (4.4oz) Chorizo Meat
– 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
– 1/2 tsp Dried Cumin, ground
– 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
– 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
– 230ml (1 cup) Passata (ALWAYS CHECK CARBS BEFORE BUYING – I just chopped tomatoes)
– 230ml (1 cup) Beef Broth (I used 1 x Beef Stock Cube & Hot Water)
– 50g (1.7oz) Salted Butter

1. Remove the skin from the chorizo and finely chop it.
2. In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, add the chorizo and cook until beginning to brown. You WON’T need oil because the fat in the chorizo is so high.
3. Add the pork and beef mince. Break up the mince and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
4. Add the tomato paste and spices to the saucepan and stir. Cook for 2 minutes. 
5. Then add the passata and beef broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. 
6. Once simmered, add the butter and stir through until melted and well mixed. Enjoy!
